Comment by Michele Herrmanns on July 3, 2009 at 3:49pm - Funny, I just tried for the first time pulled pork. Got recipe off internet. This too is delicious: 1 thinly sliced onion on bottom of crock pot, put pork shoulder in pot, another thinly sliced onion on top of pork, 1-1/2 c water, cook on low 8-10 hrs. Break up pork with fork, and put back in crock pot 1 hour with 1 bottle of BBQ sauce, stir frequently.
