They were chopped black olives, and just those frozen filet, individually warpped tilapia from Trader Joes. I think you could use that mix on just about any fish. Was wonderful.

About:
I own a small logistics company, am a mom of 3, have a cat and 3 dogs. I garden on a small shady property at the top of a ravine above a small lake. I cross hosta and grow the seed over winter to ward off the winter blues in Chicago. I also grow perennials in sunnier areas and tomatoes in earth boxes in the summer months. Being above a lake, I am an organic gardener, using compost and soil building practices rather than fertilizers.
