I saw the video the other day and didn't know they made propane powered ones . I checked Home Depot and Lowes and found 4cycle trimmers but only gas ones . They are alot cleaner in others ways too not as much pollutants and gas 4 cycle also . So that is My take on it, very cool .

That sounds awesome! No mixing gas. Even a city-slicker won't burn your motor up. Even though I live in the city (Kalamazoo) I have plenty of weed-whacking to do. But my grandmothers huge farm is one of those lawns that takes about 5 hours to mow, with a rider. And my cousin has a lawn business. And my neighbor has a large landscaping business. If I won, I would put that Lehr Trimmer right to use. Of course I would show it off to my cousin and neighbor.
- - Less noise is also a bonus. With a normal gas trimmer my ears ring after each use. I should use ear protection but being from a farming family I like to be able to hear my machinery run; that way if something sounds funny I can investigate and diagnose, saving time and money; versus costly repairs that could have been prevented if one could hear properly.
